Chicken and Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer potatoes and chicken in the dish.
  3. Melt butter and mix with milk, then pour over the potatoes and chicken.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
