Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
