Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken and pour in salsa and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and serve in tacos, burritos, or on salads.
